• Out of consideration for yourself, your coach and your fellow classmates, please arrive on time for your registration. Late arrivals may miss the warm up (putting them at risk of injury) and distract other students in group classes.

    If you are running late please notify us as soon as possible by phone 503 231 2542 or by email hello@ikomovement.com. If you are more than 5 minutes late to your registration, it is up to the Coach to decide if you may join. Late arrivals that are more than 5 minutes late will be marked as absent and payment will be forfeited.

  • Single Classes, Workshops, Private Lessons:

    You may cancel and reschedule your Single Class, Workshop, or Private Lesson up to 24-hours prior to the start date/time.

    If you cancel your registration less than 24-hours prior to the start date/time of your Single Class, Workshop, or Private Lesson you will not be credited back and your payment will be forfeited.

    Series + Courses:

    24-hour notice prior to the start date/time (the first class within your Series or Course) is required in order to receive your entire Series or Course credit back to reschedule in the future.

    If you need to cancel a specific class within your Series or Course, you will not be credited back for that cancelled class (with or without 24 hours notice prior to that class start date/time).

    Please notify us in-person, phone 503 231 2542 or by email hello@ikomovement.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel a registration. We will cancel your registration(s) and/or credit you back if applicable.

    Because we are a small business and want to accommodate space for as many students as possible, we have a strict late, cancellation, and refund policy.

    Studio:

    We reserve the right to cancel any class, lesson, and/or event: if the minimum number of registrants is not met, for severe weather, holidays, safety issues/emergencies, or for any reason. In the event that our studio has to cancel we will notify you by email, credit you back and/or extend your credit’s expiration date. We will do our best to accommodate you in these situations!

  • No refunds, no make up classes. All purchases are final. All credits, Packages, and Memberships are non-transferrable.

    All Class, Workshop, Series, Course, Private Lesson and Package credits expire 180 days from the purchase date.

  • Preregistration and payment in advance is required for all services.

  • All credits expire 6 months from the purchase date/time. Credits aren’t transferrable between students.

  • Memberships expire after 30 days, 6 months, or 12 months.

    All Packages expire 6 months from the purchase date.

  • All students must be at least 18 years of age to register.

  • Please be respectful of other students and Iko Movement staff members. We have zero tolerance for any form of abusive, disrespectful, unsafe, or discriminatory behavior and have the right to refuse service when necessary.

    No alcohol allowed.

    To ensure your safety and limit distractions for others, please don’t engage in phone conversations or lengthy text messages while in class (unless permission from your Coach has been received or it’s an emergency).

    Please refrain from practicing moves outside of your Coach’s lesson plan during class. If you’d like to practice on your own time you may schedule a Pole Rental or Private Lesson.

    Please sanitize and put back any studio gear you have used during class (including your pole) with the alcohol solution provided on-site.
